So here comes the very true story according to statement by abdul salam arif director vigilance anti corruption.
They approached a group from ppsc by a third source to buy paper of Tehsildar who demanded 15 lac per paper mean 30 lac for both which was ultimately finalized at 8 lac per paper but they wanted roll number slips of candidates to confirm that no one other than students was approaching them and process was safe. So a student was arranged who had applied for Tehsildar and was groomed for couple of days to deal with the sellers.
The group of sellers finalized a location from which they will pick student late at night at certain time around 3_4am without any mobile or electronic devices, so long story short student was picked from location on agreed time and on way they picked other candidates who purchased paper. Then they went on to Punjab University hostels for similar purpose and returned at about 6:45 from University. At that time they were about 3_4 vehicles , 1 of vehicle was finally intercepted at canal road lahore with the person naming ghazanfar who was in finance division in civil Secretariat and something worthy about paper was found in vehicle. After that further investigation lead to USB which had paper of Tehsildar approved by chairman. So, chairman and secretary both from PPSC were taken on board and were sent with proof and they acknowledged that paper was real and finally at 8:30 paper of Tehsildar was cancelled and all centers were informed.
With Further investigation it was found that group was of at least if not more than 4 person from outside, and one data entry operator who types paper after recommendation from chairman and found that USB contained papers of lecturer chemistry, lecturer education, some from papers of anti corruption establishment that were held in past.
Remember PPSC is believed to be the most transparent and credible as compared to other recruitment organizations. So, if this is the condition of ppsc than what about others.
