Now this is so heart wrenching that Numl Islamabad is an institute that never provides secure enployments, especially their Contractual and Visiting designations
There is a lot of politics and leg-pulling which is no doubt common in every work place but NUML is scoring highest positin in that and there is NO JOB security...never ever ruin your career by taking its tag they will never consider your efforts they will do favours to the ones who have a strong hand in the army and it's not a place for a common man no doubt how competent that person is....
A BIG NO and disappointing when retired army officials make this their place of social interactions and never think of individuals
